I would like to add few more points favour dr ong. she is a very good human being, care and listen to each bit of information, a patient wants to convey to the doctor.
Additionally wave of good listen and advisor are always prevailing from her presence.

I made the mistake of seeing Dr Ong as this GP is close to work. She charges for many things that are covered by medicare. Once confronted she changes the story and tries to weasel out of this despicable act, I think she tries it on unsuspecting clients thinking most won't know better or won't bother returning to confront her. Beware!!

I find this very hard to believe, Dr Tracey Ong is a wonderful doctor, always very caring and bedside manner is outstanding. in regards to paying for the consult Dr Ong always goes out of her way to explain the cost and also the out of pocket gap. Most of the time it is bulk billed, it is only for certain procedures or travel medicine does this clinic charge, which is understandable and the sign does state that. My family has been seeing Dr Tracey Ong for 12 months and will continue to see her and any of the other doctors at this clinic. They are very caring and professional at all times.
I wouldn't listen to the above review either. I have recently changed over to Dr Ong as my new GP and think she is great and very helpful for both mine and my family / childrens issues.
