we tried to get passport photos, as advitised, for a trip to NZ. i then recieved a letter stating that the photos where not of high enough quality to meet standards. i returned to dream photo today to try and get a reprint. waited over half an hour for the photographer who was supposed to be back in 5 mins. when she did finally show up, she refused to give me a reprint. at 10$ for 4 photo's not up to standard, i demanded a refund. so quality, bullshit, service? non existent and value?? you have to be joking
