Good value for money! I put my dress in to be cleaned before and after my wedding.
The first time I called I checked the turn around time to ensure I would receive my dress in time. There was no one home when I went to drop off my dress, and i didn't get back the bag or hanger I delivered it with. I called the week before to see if my dress was in yet, which it wasn't. They said it would be in Wednesday (my wedding was Friday). My husband called and my bridesmaid picked it up. The lady commented that I sounded very stressed.
When i put my dress in to be cleaned they complained I didn't have a coat hanger to put it on. Took 6 weeks to get back to me. They didn't let me know it was back there, I had to call to find out.
