DriveAway Holidays Worldwide Car Rental

I hired a car through Driveaway holidays in Australia to rent a Hertz vehicle in USA. Everything was prepaid except a small petrol topup due on return of the car to a city in Canada. They were supposed to pickup the car from my hotel but refused claiming they were too busy, i then had to drive the car to them in a heavy storm, they did not inspect the car on return, did not record the mileage or petrol and refused to produce an account before I left. I advised that they were not authorised to deduct anything from my credit card on file until they could produce the final account however several days later I had not had any contact from Hertz but discovered that they had unlawfully stolen over $200 out of my credit card. That was August last year and I am still waiting for the matter to be resolved and my money returned. Very very angry with the whole process and have never had such a bad experience with rental cars.
