I’ve written 3 reviews in my whole life that were bad, and this is the 3rd one. I’m absolutely shocked at how rude this woman is, straight from the get go.

I contacted her and she called me back and we spoke, and even at the beginning she was rude, I’d been calling a number of places so I lost track on who I called. I apologised and she said do you even have the address? I said oh! No I don’t, but I’ll find it on google I’m sure. And she slowly read out the address to me like I was [retracted]. I got there and she was waiting out front, I said a friendly hello and she said “right. Who’s this.” I said “Oh! This is _______” And we walked down the driveway. I tried to make small talk but she didn’t want a bar of it. As I left to drop my dog off I asked her how much her service was and she said she only takes cash, I said oh okay that’s alright I’ll grab cash out! She stopped what she was doing and annoyingly said “you don’t have cash?!” I said, no? Sorry? There was nowhere that stated if you did or not? That’s okay I can grab some out though!

(Some businesses have those small eftpos squares and during COVID I thought people would prefer that or bank transfer?) Annoyed, she then told me to come back around an hour, so I was just killing time in my car down the street, it was an hour and a half later and called her to tell her “I’m out front, just let me know if you’re done” She said “Been done for half an hour. YA LATE..” and I obviously misinterpreted things I thought she would call me once she’s done, (like every single other groomer I have ever been to?) as my dog was quite matted due to lockdown, I thought it might take a while. There were no other dogs waiting onto be groomed, so it wasn’t like there was another in line?

I’d been nice straight from the start, I’ve no idea why this woman is so tense, angry and so moody! if you dont like the job you do, don’t do it. I’ve read some of the reviews and was disappointed on why my service was completely different to all those good reviews I’ve read saying she was ‘nice and friendly?’

Price wise, $60 for a home groom and wash, which was great, but if you really don’t care about a groomer being nice to you or your dog, go right ahead.

She was rude and appeared to be irritated at the fact that the pups didn’t s sit still. This was their first grooming experience and I must say, it was not a good one. We will not be coming here again!.

Our pup definitely looks and smells AMAZING! He's a sometimes excitable dog, but he was handled with care and ease, letting him smell the equipment and get a scope of the place to start. His full groom was thorough and the price was great, too! Definitely recommended.

Denise is a great pet groomer. She handled my puppy with love and care. She was constantly making my puppy feel safe and happy i.e. rubbing her own nose against my puppy's and letting my puppy sniff the grooming tools before using it. Her price is also very very very very reasonable. I'm glad that I have found her.

So Glad I found D's Dog grooming and pet massage, I have had trouble in the past with other grooming services, being nicked by a blade and getting a cut that needed stitches. As well as being sedated without my owner being asked. D's gentle approach has given me back the confidence to enjoy being pampered, with no stress.

Thanks for the bath & nail clip, we have found the service to be top rate . Our dog is happy to go for her bath with D as she is not fond of the laundry sink at home.

Hi my name is lucy and i am a tibetan spaniel and i hate having a bath,i am so naughty my owners cannot bath me! i have been going to Denise for about 12 months now and i love having a bath and blow dry .denise is very gentle and caring with me and even gives me a treat if i have been really good. i have told all of my friends about denise as i think she is fantastic

I found them to be very rude.. Not do a good job on my dog.. they tells you they will call you when they are nearly done only then to call you when they finished and gives you 10 mins to get there only so they can charge you late fees.. Will not recommend them and will not go back there again...

Denise is amazing. She was so gentle and caring with my Hallie and that was really important to me. She did a really thorough job and I am very happy. Plus her rates are very reasonable and great value for money. I would definitely recommend her.
