Needed roof capping fixed, new guttering/downpipes and some new tiles. Didn't turn up twice on days scheduled and no phone call to reschedule - I had to call them. Broke tiles when working on roof & tried to charge me extra. One downpipe not cut to correct length, ran out of guttering and left the place really messy. Received the invoice before job was completed and had daily calls asking when I was going to pay. Will never use them again!!!!
