I was disappointed in the outcome.
The paint throughout the house wipes off as it appears to need another coat.
I’ve had to replace every ceiling fan as none of them work correctly.
The rendering on two brick posts at front are not done incorrectly & look very shabby.
Tiling around bath very uneven & both shower screens have a gap under door where water runs out. Drains in bathrooms are not stainless steel & have all coroded. The aircon in lounge room is very loud. Very disappointing overall.

I would never recommend this builder we got basic house build with issues with cheap crappy finishes but was promised a quality build. Two years later and wanting to replace tiles with wood look laminate been told by three separate quotes none of floors are even. Paint work wipes off on hand told them I wanted to do ourselves but they should give us paint, they delivered half 15 litre bucket to redo house, when questioned said i only supplied pics of ensuite. 2 years later all bathroom taps and shower heads have rusted.

I stumbled across these people who proved to be very helpful and finally got our design right after several attempts, some due to us and some due to them not understanding what we wanted. The finished plan turned out to be great which I feel will eliminate major problems with the house when built.
