Don't know how to start review for Dulger homes. After going thru several developer, we realized that we must go for a builder who can offer an AFFORDABLE customised options for us because of our irregular block size. We were also looking for someone who is having local expertise which will let us handle the stressful journey easily. Then we met Hasan Dulger, owner of Dulger Homes, who handled our first meeting flawlessly. He aggreed to provide us whatever we want within the budget. To be honest, At the beginning, we felt like he is the same as other top end builder who just talk and after signing contract they will be same. But because Hasan did not put any pressure on us to decide, rather told us to do a bit of research on the market and come back if we feel ok, we returned to him and signed the contact. The rest is history. Zayid ( our site supervisor) is the other person who made our home so special. He never let us feel stress. Always called us to give us update and discussion. I don't believe we will get similar experience from other so called big builders. A BIG THANKS TO DULGER HOMES.

GUYS, if any of you plan to build your dream homes, my humble advice is please go for honest and sincere builder like DULGER HOMES, because all builder materials are more or less same to any builder, but workmanship is the key which make your home exactly your dreamhome.

We had our lovely dream home built by Dulger Homes, Hasan and Levi were very cooperative throughout the process in letting us know exactly what was going on with the building progress and they delivered the home in an excellent time frame.
