I would not recommend this business based on the rude and unprofessional reception staff. When I asked a question, the lady repeated what she just said louder pronouncing each letter in a nasty tone instead of answering the question. The receptionists failed to explain their process and assumed I understood leaving me waiting and feeling uncomfortable to make any enquiries. My immediate impression of the receptionist- impatient, short tempered both on the phone and in person. Each time I called, she answered in an impatient, frazzled tone saying 'Dunbar hold the phone' and slammed it down. In person, when I entered the office she 'greeted' me with a scowl and barked one word, saying 'quote' which I assume was a question?!
The workmen themselves are quite friendly and possess much better people skills. They also explain things clearly. The reception staff were redundant in my experience and would be better not to deal with customers with their current attitude.
I will be passing on my feedback to my insurance company who recommends them.
Choose a different smash repairs if communication and customer service is important to you.
