I found Dave, this professional mature owner/operator long-standing removalist who knows his job well, to be reliable, honest/trustworthy, respectful/courteous, happy, focused and a genuine gentleman with peak work ethics, where he communicated directly with me, understanding my anguish, and he personally did my removal with his offsider within in a fantastic time-frame. They worked hard, continually and methodically. (The quiet achievers.) No task was too small or too big and well within reach of pricing/quotes equating to the job in hand (therefore no added hidden or ridiculous costing). All packing materials provided as required and being independent, Dave carries all his removal equipment and materials to the do the job.
Dave, himself, assessed the job to hand, discussed with me his intended plan, prior to starting the packing. He was very responsive and listened to any my concerns. He continually reviewed his removal plan to ensure every piece was handled with total care from beginning to end. Where required, Dave would discuss with me any issues that arose. Dave does what he says he is going to do. He has a “can do” caring attitude.

Dunford Removals were absolutely fantastic! After an issue with their own truck, they hired another truck and still moved me rather than leaving me in the lurch. They arrived at my new house before me, FaceTimed me to make sure I was happy with the arrangement of furniture and made sure everything was safe and locked away. Lovely people! I wouldn’t hesitate to book them again.

The 2 gentlemen were amazing. Going beyond what what was ask of them. Not only did they unpack their truck, but they also helped up pack 2 Pre-packed trailers. They did everything in their power to make the move as stress free as possible. Highly RECOMMENDED!!!!!!
