• Greats sales, but inexperienced labour force
• Installers drilled holes in interior cedar panelling without consulting us on where panels should be located. Ended up with air controller panel on our stairwell – ie have to stand halfway up stairs to set temperature.
• PVC drain pipes on the units in the ceiling were not glued resulting in leaks and having to replace Gyproc ceiling
• Ducting has separated in multiple locations at the joins pumping hot / cold air into the roof cavity.
• When asked to remediate Dunnair hid behind their multiple company fronts Dunnair Australia / Dunnair International / Multistack insinuating not their responsibility
• Wester Noronha from Dunnair’s final comment: “Once again don’t contact us ,we will not be replying to any of your email”
