I've dealt with them couple of times. I met them first when they came into the property I was renting on. They were very professional, (e.g. taking off their shoes, explaining what will be done, cleaning everything around them before painting). The quality of the job was superb.
We've then used them for our own property renovation.
They quote us reasonably (the cost was the lowest out of the four painters we've asked to quote). He has explained every single work that they will be doing, and also let us know what needs to be painted, and things I don't need to paint. (to save money).
I learnt that they have been painting for years with the real estate properties (formally hired by them), so they had heaps of experience on old units and houses. They were very helpful in advising on colours depending on the light the house was getting, what to do for small cracks on the walls etc.
I'd recommend them to anyone. It is always a pleasure dealing with them.
