Doesn't even deserve half a star! I have a Hyundai i20, purchased in 2011. I had a problem with my door handles and got them fixed at Morley on Friday 9th May. The door handles were fixed and I picked up my car. It wasn't until later that day when I went to use my car that I realised that there was a dent on the front door of the drivers side. The dent points out so I know it is not a dent I made and it was not there when I dropped the car off. As the inside of the door was removed to fix the door I know this happened while my car was in the care of the DVG City Morley service department. I returned the car that Friday afternoon to show them but was only greeted with rudeness and arrogance. They did not want to listen or help me, incompetent customer service really shined! I received excuse after excuse and was told that they don't remove the inside of the door to fix it, that they have cctv footage and that they did not do it. As I was getting know where I left. I sought a second opinion and was told that they do remove the inside of the door because it would be impossible to fix it without doing so. My second opinion also said that they do not know of any service departments that have CCTV in the workshop. I am assuming if they have CCTV it means they have had previous problems! They also looked at the dent and said that it would have had to have come from the inside of the door. It is Saturday 10th May and I returned to the service department to get this sorted. Unfortunately I was put to an extremely rude staff that raised heir voice at me and did not show very good customer service. Because of staff's incompetence I demanded to speak to a management. Staff response was that no one is here to help me, I didn't believe that to be true mad told staff I was not leaving without speaking to management. I assume staff has tried to call however I have been sitting here for almost 45 minutes without even talking to me to let me know what is going on. Is that the normal to let customers wait for terrible service! Staff has just come to tell me that it has taken 45 minutes to speak to the sales management even though I haven't seen staff leave the desk. Staff told me that staff can't call the service management because this person is out of service on their mobile then proceeded to say that management is just at home and does not want to call. How convenient!
