The products they use are excellent and that is why I choose to go to this salon. The owner Jaz is exceptional and Courtney is such a sweetie. Unfortunately during my last visit the stylist ( who I didn't know) was very "scissor happy". I went for a colour only and made that very clear. But before I knew it the stylist was wheeling her way over to me with scissors snapping. I insisted that I didn't want my hair cut ( It is long and doesn't need cutting every visit) She insisted, I insisted and she insisted strongly... There was no way I way going to get out of there without a "trim". In the end I gave up and let her cut the ends. There was so little removed that you would have been hard pressed to find it on the floor. If I say I don't want my hair cut that is what I mean. Couldn't get out of there quick enough.

Friendly staff, knew their stuff, all products natural and no nasties. Great cut, colour covered all my grey ( and that is a lot) good foils and the whole deal looked so natural. Provided REAL coffee or designer tea or herbal tea
