Every time i am Westfields,i try and call into Dymocks and check out what books they have,i always buy their music/rock books and biographies and autobiographies.friendly staff that are very helpful in finding what you are after.

What a great place to look around and have a look at all the books in this store.they have a mad selection of books at a great price.very relaxed atmosphere.and very helpful staff.

Only a satisfactory experience, quality of the books are much better than borders, as they look exceptionally new and untouched. Service was terrible, I bought 3 book as part of an offer to receive a canvas shopping bad, (vintage books), and they didnt give me the offer, and when i asked about it they disregarded my question and never received the offer.

Glad I found PArramatta Dymocks on WOMOW, they have great friendly staff and great atmosphere, Great quality books at very reasonable prices, and staff were very helpful!

A bookstore with a great atmosphere - just being in there browsing is relaxing. I've always encountered great customer service too.
Also, their points for books system is great - every item purchased will earn you points as monetary amounts that can be redeemed for books. Fantastic!

I really like the Dymocks shop in Parramatta Westfield. I have used this business on numerous occasions, it has a wide variety of books and you can often find a good bargain. I'm also part of their loyalty rewards program so I get extra discounts that way too. I find the variety of books is better and it's also a few dollars cheaper than Borders every time. The staff are always helpful too.

they have many books to chose from and have an abundancy of HSC orientated books you can compare and look at to chose which one is best for you and you can ask for assistance

Everything was pleasant with this shopping experience at Dy mocks, however i felt that in terms of value, books were over priced. They were much dearer in price than other retailers.

I recently went here with my sister to purchase school books and found the staff to be helpful in making our decisions. They do also have a great rang of school aids.

Often purchase books for school from this shop. Always have high quantity, but when items aren't on sale, prices are extremely high. Yet, pleased with the discount membership card and friendliness of staff.
