I have just had the worst experience with a&s. I walked into your Blackburn store and spoke with Shane Lewis, and purchased a 496L Westinghouse refrigerator. The first unit arrived but was damaged so they took it back with them and the subsequent three deliveries were damaged, on the fourth delivery they managed to deliver an undamaged fridge but I had the delivery man from hell, bullying and intimidation and refusing to install and level out the unit claiming it was not his job. Finally at my insistence Mr Bully brought in the tools to do the job which he had said previously they don't carry with them. I now have a lopsided unit sitting on pieces of random timber that they took from my packaging, very sloppy! I called in and complained to Shane Lewis and he said he would organize another member of staff to come and install the unit correctly, I even emailed (at Shanes request) pictures of the underside of the unit with possible damage but have not heard back. For each delivery I had to take time off work which cost me money in wages. I'm not impressed and I definitely will not be recommending any of my colleagues or friends deal with e&s Trading in the future.

We purchased a Bosch 7.5 kg front end load Washing Machine. We got a great price during the sale plus free delivery and installation and removal of the old washing machine. 100% happy with all aspects of the service from purchase, confirmation of delivery which was on time plus the actual delivery and installation by Isaac and Hus.

Went here to buy a KitchenAid Mixer based off an online recommendation and couldn't believe they were offering the cheapest prices in Melbourne and that they had plenty of stock (a bit tricky after Christmas).
The salesperson was the most relaxed person I have ever come by. There was no pressure to buy in any way shape or form, and he was extremely patient and helpful in find a suitable colour in stock.
Had a massive giggle with them also when we realised one of the employees at the front desk had almost the exact same name as me.
Came back a few days later as they sold 'The Ultimate Mixer Cookbook' for less than the RRP.

Good quality appliances for the home. Staffs service are excellent and the operations are running very smoothly. You never fail to get a call within the next few days when your orders are placed. I will definitely patronize E&S for all my home products.

The staff here are fantastic. The range is huge. I visited this store first when looking to purchase my first dishwasher. The staff member was wonderful. I walked out and went straight to another shop and was very disappointed with the service I received so I went straight back to E & S!!

Very good store and the stuff is very kind and helpful. You feel very comfortable and safty when doing business with them. They always have wild selection in the store and quite easy to find them. Always have the lastest update and i will be able to be whatever i want.

bought a toilet flush to wall om this store and while the sales transaction went okay we found the delivery slow. we had to wait for some time for the toilet to come from qld warehouse. also they don't have the toilets installed and told us the toilet should be flush against the wall as on display. yet when we had it installed and had advice from tech support from supplier the toilet didn't go flush to the wall. E&S staff unhelpful and adamant they were right.

We have recently had major rennovations done at our home and we needed to buy a whole range of appliances as part of the project. E&S Trading came up trumps in terms of Range, Service and price...these guys really know their stuff and the pricing was the best in town. We ended up buying a Bosch washer, a F&P Dryer, Ilve cooktop, Ilve Oven, Miele Dishwasher, Abey Sink and a Qasair rangehood....unbelievably simple and great to deal with....HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
