Really bad experience asked to go darker and ended up even lighter than before. Poor cut and hair looked terrible

The hairdresser was nice, but she didnt style cut my hair, she straight cut it like when you are in primary school. Unfortunately I will have to go get it fixed now as I am a professional and need a professional look to my hair cuts. I also got my eyebrows done and she didnt hold down the skin so that it was more painful when the hairs were ripped out making me tear up.

It's okay. Would expect better prices for kids' cuts. Only been once myself, but I was disappointed with the colour- didn't last long. Drab shop. Kid's cuts average. It is convenient though, and the staff are nice. Easy to get an appointment.
