E-Wire Connection Point

As E-Wire this was a great company with good customer service. As FuseNet, the service is worse and the customer service non existent. Several calls this year to find out why internet is down have never been answered. Some times internet down for more than 24 hours. Always put on hold and have waited up to 22 minutes before deciding to give up. FuseNet is a totally useless company and Internet service intermittent and unreliable.

Good internet service, we have cable broadband and tv which provides consistently good reception for the tv and good connection for the internet. Staff are helpful and quick to attend to problems. Reasonably priced and large variety of plans.
