Dave from Eadon home loans is the most incompetent mortgage broker i have ever used. His communication when he was looking for my business was great but as soon as he knew that I was going with him I couldn't get hold of him. All the questions I had were not answered throughout the whole process. I had massive concerns from the start but thought Dave has alot of experience so he will do whats right for me and my family. How badly was I WRONG. At each stage of the refinance process he told me one thing then the bank would do another. The biggest issue was I asked for my loan to be FIXED for 3 years and he told me yes that what he would do . Once I signed the loan documents I found out that it was NOT fixed at all but a reduced rate that is variable for 3 years then after that my interest rate sky-rockets. Dave is completely untrustworthy and this has been the worst financial decision I have ever made. Please think very carefully if your considering putting your hard earned money in their hands because they don't care about you at all.
