I find making a major purchase very daunting, everyone at Eagers were so friendly and professional, they weren't pushy and I really felt like part of the family, they had my car covered in a special delivery and revealed as a surprise. I really did feel like I was the most important person in the showroom. Thanks to Jo and Kye.

I dropped in on a Saturday afternoon to make initial enquiries about a new car. I couldn't see any signs of life at the new car dealership so I crossed the road and went to the used car lot. A salesman came out and was very helpful though I was enquiring about new cars.

He directed me back to the new car lot and I spent 5-7 minutes looking at the cars and looking in the windows of the premises to try and get someone's attention. With no one bothering to come and talk to me, I headed back to where I'd parked my car and only then, did the new car salesman emerge from the sales office in the used car lot. Too late. Definitely gives a bad impression. Considering how much the car retail industry is suffering, one would think service would be high on the list of priorities.
