the service is good, they have quite a good range of educational and quality toys but it can be a bit pricey and do not have sale as often as the other toy shop.

They have a great range but are expensive. I tend to buy when things are on special. I did have one really bad experience though. I bought a pair of christening shoes (white shoes) and the box had one shoe inside and the other on top in plastic so you could see it. i put it away in the cubord for safe keeping and on the day found that the bottom shoe was missing. they never put it in! They gave me a refund but it still dint change the fact there where in shoes for the day and the staff were not very simpathetic.

ELC is a very special store with a lot of toys and learning products suitable for kids at different ages. They are different from Toyrus. Toys are quite unique. I used to buy a steeling wheel with sound and light for my son who is 6 months old.
