Bikes or 99 Bikes responsible...not sure. 99 Bikes say they are only a reseller on Earth Bikes and are not responsible for things going wrong. Hence I have had the Electric Drive by removed by 99 Bikes then sent to Melbourne for repairs. Have been without the bike for five weeks on each occasion. What happens in the future if this happens again? Who pays? Who cares? Just a warning about electric bikes. I've gone back to normal bike.
