If you are looking for a great veterinary clinic for your pet, then look no further. They always take excellent care of my dog and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I don't think it's fair to paying vet customers that the area of the waiting room is used for a puppy class. My cat has been pretty traumatised in the past by a dog known to be vicious cornering him in our own yard (and we've had our own dog, so we love dogs), and today he was subjected to a whole class of puppies. I have never been to a vet that uses the designated waiting area for this purpose during normal vet hours. It's not comfortable either for humans sitting there when pretty much the whole space is taken up with a class.
Prior to the puppy class taking place, a dog was snarling-barking in the waiting room, and the vet clinic or the dog owner should be taking action to ensure this doesn't happen.
When we got into the consulting room, the vet seemed so rushed that he was almost mumbling words, and it was hard to make out what he was saying. He also didn't appear to be taking in what I was saying about wanting treatment for my cat's anxiety around other animals, and I felt rushed out of the room. (I didn't even get time to explain that I didn't think Feliway would work!)

It is difficult to describe the warmth and support the team at this clinic provided in the passing of our beloved 18 yr old cat. The level of gentle care and compassion they showed during this time was outstanding and I can only be thankful for this. With this attitude as the basis of pet care then you cannot go wrong. Thank you for your respectful treatment of our family member as well as your understanding. Amazing

Extremely friendly, happy, attentive staff who all LOVE animals of all shapes and sizes. Helpful reminders for check-ups/vaccinations etc and happy to give you cheaper options out rather than trying to force the most expensive products/treatments on you.

Personally as a regular customer here at the Bentleigh East veterinary Clinic, i have to admit they are all very friendly and reliable staff. They always cater for my dogs needs with attention and care. It may be a little pricey at times but aren't all Veterinary Clinics.

Dr Singh is very kind and takes very good care of our dog whenever we have need. His rates are reasonable and better than some others in the area. His staff are very friendly and helpful as well.
