East Coast Air installed a reverse cycle ducted system in our brand new home. The installation was prompt, they were clean when they worked especially when cutting out the ceiling holes for the vents & the 'how to use' handover was terrific. Well 3 years have now past & East Coast Air without fail calls me annually to organise my maintenance visit. Their service has always been above average & I have no qualms about recommending them to anyone who needs a new air con or air con service.
