Staff were very helpful and friendly. With other car hire firms when problems / issues have occurred, the staff were anything but helpful, but East Coast staff in the 4 venues I used were very good.

Friendly staff, easy to deal with and their cars are in very good and reliable condition. We hired a Hyundai Accent which was cheap to run and very nice to drive. Thank you East coast car rentals.
