Took my mother in Law in to see Dr Hooley due to an allergic reaction. He was very abrupt, unsupportive and uncaring. My mother in law is in her 70's and was stuck due to her doctor retiring. He questioned her when she asked for a medical certificate due to the position she works she was unable to complete that job with this issue. He told he he said she didn't need one and thinks she was just wanting to stay home longer as she was on holidays at the time.She now hates going to any doctor and refuses to go at all.
