Waiting times are far too long. Surgery always looks like it could do with a good clean and an update to 21st century technology. Reception staff are generally good at their job and pleasant. Dr Anna Bialek, not bad, not brilliant...but better than most I've seen so far in Pakenham.

I've always found Eastcare Medical Centre to be good. The wait can sometimes be a bit long but that's the case with most doctors. They bulk bill which is always a bonus.
