I have been to many different Dentists all over Aust' over the last 40 years, some have been great, some terrible. My wife and I have had a few appointments with Dr. Vonny Yi Fan Yang, and she is surely the best Dentist we have ever had. She has a warm personality, explains each procedure before proceeding in a gentle manner. In fact and from our experiences over the last 10 months; all the staff at Eastern Shore Dental carry out their duties in a friendly, understanding and professional manner.

I have been here once. I had to get a quick appointment because I was leaving the state, and managed to get a appointment two weeks out. They were friendly and my appointment only started 5 minutes late. The young dentist (there's another, more experienced dentist too but he has a huge waiting period) was friendly. However, he seemed to be very unsure of what he was doing. I had the feeling he was straight out of dental school. He didn't tell me I was doing a good job of cleaning my teeth and suggested that I take a dental x-ray to check for any holes. He seemed very unsure when he asked me. My teeth also didn't feel that clean when I left and I left with not the best impression.

I also got a phone call from them a month later because they thought I was my mum (they some how they mixed my number with my mum's). This left me a bit worried about how they kept their records.

Overall, an average experience but not sure if I want to go back there.
