The classes are well-structured, catering to a wide range of ages and abilities, ensuring that everyone can take part and benefit. Not only have my fitness and flexibility significantly improved, but I've also gained confidence and made some wonderful friendships along the way.

Furthermore, the community spirit is exceptional. Eastern Suburbs Physie is not just a place for exercise; it's a vibrant social hub where everyone is part of the family. Their initiative of arranging group bookings for social events like attending musicals really makes you feel connected and part of a broader community.
