Apparently, the staff need more training in serving the customers. I went in today to buy a box of apple, but was accused by a lady staff for getting an apple extra. One of the apples in the box I was holding has a hole, so I replaced with an apple from another box. If that's not allowed, I so appreciate If the staff told me in a nice manner. But she just took the apple off from me, and accusing me that I took extra apple to fill my own box without even clarifying the matter. In a rude tone, she even said to me that I don't have to buy if I am not happy. Brought the matter to management, but the excuse given was she might have a bad day, with no apology at all. To me, that ONE apple doesn't mean anything. Perhaps losing just ONE customer doesn't mean anything to the shop as well.. But let's not forget, the shops need customers patronage and your staff are paid using the "customer's money". HAVE SOME RESPECT TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.

The fruits and vegetables are fresh and of good value. However some of the staff are very rude and would publicly insulting the shoppers and keep blasting at them if they did something wrong. I have never seen any other shops that will treat their customers like that. They insulted the customer like "you have no brain" or "use your common sense", even though you apologised to them for picking up fruit from the tray underneath the top tray, when there wasn't many fruits left on the top one. I have never been told off by someone in such rude and insulting way before.

This place has been my regular once a week shopping routine visit at Eastwood. All my fruits and vegies for the week for two people can be purchased here for around $20 to $30. Very good value for money.

Quality of products are really good and fresh.

Customer service is almost none but if you need something they will respond and assist - just not with a 5* hotel attitude ;)

This place can get very very busy and hard to move around especially on the weekend and after work.

Went there yesterday to grab some fruits, they had a whole box of longan for $10 (was the last box) I shared it with another customer so paid $5 for a whole heaps of longans. very happy!!!

A wide range of fresh fruits and vegetables at extremely low prices. The only problem (as mentioned on many of the reviews) is the crowd- it can get so busy everyone is pushing to get the cheap, fresh, food. To avoid this though I normally go earlier in the morning before the crowd comes in. (usually just before lunch, it's at peak crowd conditions!)

The best place to get your fresh veggies and fruits in this and surrounding areas. Particularly you have a (big) family, you can get boxes of fruits from outdoor sales at very good price. Suggest you park your car at local car park and get trolley for shopping. Only problem is that it sometimes gets very busy, you can hardly push your trolley.

This fruit shop is sooooo good. Great fresh fruit and vegies and hard to find items. The only problem with this shop is the fact that it gets so busy it is hard to move in there sometime. It's best to go early in the morning. Great value for money.

Eastwood Superfresh is a fruit and Vegetable market. It is good value, particularily on Saturday afternoons when they have 'sales'. They arent open on Sunday, which is the cause of the rush on Saturdays. Inside the shop it is rather unclean and could do with some improvement. The service is below satisfactory.
