Overall, the service is usually quite quick once they get your order, and I usually have to wait less than 5 minutes, even if there are heaps of people in the queue. There is a large variety of milk tea, milk shakes, iced tea and so on, and I love that you can get a free drink with the rewards program. I would recommend this to anyone who would love a tea indulgence.

I love easy way because the service is quick and the tea is sweet. Definitely not boring and a super cool concept. I'm hooked!

The gentleman behind the counter is always extremely helpful and is very quick and efficient. The value is as expected as it is a franchise, and the quality of the drink seems to be better than all other Easyway's I have been to.

The owner is a lovely man, always has a smile on his face. He also has a good memory and remembers what you normally order. Checks how many points you have as well, so you may surprise yourself with a free drink.
