EB Games

I went to return a product that was a gift for christmas, The product was originally from EB. I had been told that with no receipt I cannot return ,we explained it was purchased from an EB games . But we were told no we cant as it could have been purchased anywhere.. The sticker on the side of box was one that only EB puts on it so why could they not recognise it. and see it was from EB... they referred me to Kmart... the product was unopened and brand new.

I buy all my gaming from hear, there are about four rivals in the area to choose from but I enjoy there good friendly service and competitive prices, I also enjoy there inhouse discount card, which gives you ten persent off the total price. If you have an inquiry about a game nine times out of ten they would have experence the game and would be able to give you a good description, and a good or bad feed back on that particular game.

I only went in there looking for a game that haven't been around for quite a while and the guys were great in finding out if it was still available and how much.
