I was looking for a PSP game for my step-son who was turning 10 and it was hard to find but rang and found it at that store, when I got there (I had driven 45mins to get there) they had misplaced it and I said I had come all this way and they asked if I could go shop and come back in a little while and they will try to sort it out so I did and when I got back they had gone out of their way to find a copy for me and gave me a discount for the trouble. I hadnt even gotten annoyed with them or anything to make them do that, just said oh please dont tell me you dont have it he will be so upset and they found it! Highly recommended, they really care about whether their customers are happy!
