I have two teenage sons that are into PS3 games so I've shopped at this store many times. Staff are always friendly and go out of their way to help you find what you need, whether it be new, preowned or from another store.

the manager here is very helpful and really knows his stock and products... however there always seems to be younger crew that are less then helpful also. i guess you have to take the good with the bad

HUGE range of games on all platforms, staff has always been helpful. Store's a little cluttered. Best time to shop, SALE TIME!!!

Staff members at this store need to ensure information they are passing onto their customers is correct, as I have been given false information on at least 2 occasions.

Value for money - very helpful & friendly staff. If you enjoy games then you have a huge range from Pc games to playstation, 2 & 3 - nintendo and games books , colector cards, accessories & fantastic sales throughout the year. No hassels if you don't like the game you have 7 days to return it for another game.
