We pre-ordered a game months before it was to be released, putting down a deposit and was told we would be contacted upon its arrival. We went in the following week to pay the final amont and wait till it arrive to just pick it up, but the salesman couldnt find us on the system. After half an hour they found us and we paid the rest of the game off. We never got a call telling us it arrived, so we went back to pick it up knowing should be in by now, only to be told it was no longer there. They had sold it and could not order another as the pre-ordered products come with things that are not yet for sale. The sales man tried blaming us for not coming in within 32hrs of its arrival when we did not know it had arrived
