This store is a mixed-bag. You either get clueless idiots or awesome staff members who are always up for a chat and will get you the best deal. There is one guy here who will push game guarentees, try and jip you a bit.. but on the whole this is a great store. Make sure you pricematch because chances are, even if it's on sale.. you'll be paying more. JBHIFI or DSE are always good to match =).
Excellent and Professional . staff are always cheerful and are always glad to help when you are stuck on something. the prices are alright but there are always markdowns so look out for them !
always great service here, most of the times i go the games are half marked price meaning 50% off , i traded in some games here for some new ones i'm pretty happy since the deal was pretty sweet

I have this business to be the best game store in Sydney...I shopped alot at game places and I can not fault this one...The staff are great and they so much about the games I always feel confident when I go in there...THE ARE EXCELLENT...I have never come across any of the staff that seem clueless only us customers
