Excellent service and professional attitude, on time, no fuss & non-Invasive

I would recommend Martin and his team at Echo Air Conditioning, they were great to deal with. The team are professional and organised, getting the job done in one day.
They knew their product well and kept us informed during the process before installation. On the day the team were punctual, completed the job in record time and explained how to use the system easily.

I replaced my Brivis Gas Unit with a new Brivis Mod BX320NG through Echo Air Conditioning. They were recommended by a good friend of mine. I found Gerad who quoted on the job very accommodative and professional. Nothing was too difficult for him! The installer Ryan and his assistant were also very knowledgeable and efficient. Ryan is a good Tradie who was well organised and neat & tidy in his work. June at the Office is also efficient and made sure she kept her client updated of the progress. I have no hesitation in recommending Echo for Brivis heaters.

DO NOT USE this incompetent company.
The Installation of my a/ c units & the customer service after the install is not at the quality you would expect , for example the installer was NOT qualified to do part of the electrical work, when he BLEW my main fuse to the house and tried to fix it incorrectly while installing 2 new a/c units together with bad pipework and wall penetrations.
(always ask for a "certificate of compliance" where electrical work has been undertaken by this company).
if you have got an a\c unit from this company installed, i advise you to call your electricity supplier to send an inspector out to check their incompetent work

I used Echo to install ducted air conditioning in the home. I decided to go with them as they had great customer service and kept in great contact. They would always get back to me straight away and I didn't have to chase them up. They seemed to care about their business and their customers. They were always polite and respectful whenever I had to deal with anyone from their company. I would definitely recommend Echo Air as they did an excellent job, they were diligent and the guy the sent over to do the job was very helpful and good at explaining the system to me. I found them to be a very good business and I was very satisfied with the job that they did.

Echo Air installed some window air conditioners for us. They did a good job and we have actually used them again since. We would recommend them and they were professional.

Neville was quick in responding & efficient in doing the job. He was very accommodating to our needs as well.

The sales rep who came out was very informative and answered all of my questions. Also the installer who came to do the job were brilliant. I would happily recommend them.
