Found the staff in the room were nice but did some research into the company as I saw their mission statement on the wall and was disappointed to find the companies statement "POWDER" is P=Presentation, O=Occupancy (keep rooms full) W=Wages (keep staff wages on budget, D=Debts (make sure families arent owing money, finally E=Excellence and R=Relationships. It is privately owned and unfortunately seems to be that money making is priority to them over children and families. It seems keeping the centre presentable is priority over the children and staff. With the amount of options arising in Torquay for childcare, definately would not be recommending this one as an option.
