Eco Liquid Waste

We hadn't had our septic tank cleaned out for over 17 years. In fact we couldn't even find it. I called the local Yarra Valley Septic service, to get assistance finding it, they didn't return my call. The YV Shire was not helpful, Wanted to charge me to "look" for the drainage plans, with no guarantee they have them, but when I spoke to Greg at Eco Waste, I found him very helpful. Finally found the tank over a metre underground, and wow, did it need emptying. Greg turned up when he said he would, with the extra hose required, (access meant we had to pump about 50 metres) and very quickly the job was complete. Clean, no mess and very efficient. Their website has some great tips, and Greg himself was very helpful. I wont be waiting 17 years before I call them again!
