Being an Economy Bolts customer for many years I have to finally give them up as they absolutely don't care of how they serve their customers. The thing is if I forget to specify a material the fasteners are supposed to be made of such as stainless steel, these Economy Bolts idiots has never reached me to clarify what the material I'm after but persistently deliver black carbon steel ones instead. When the last time it happened they refused to change the bolts over at all and they did it in a very rude way. Their sales personal consists of illiterate bogans who haven't even herd of things such as mechanical tolerances.

fantastic range of every bolt and nut you could possibly ever need. Always good with prices, massive range. Very friendly staff who have a vast knowledge of their product. I have used economy bolts now for a number of years, mostly at their Dandenong branch but they do have other branches scattered around.
