The technician has not treated the required pigmentation spot properly however has decided to laser a love heart shape on my cheek around the pigment dot AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL COSTS!

Please please please go ANYWHERE ELSE for fillers. Erke did mine and I was happy with lips and what she did to minimise my nasolabial fold, however she completely butchered my jawline, its been months and its still sore and lumpy, not to mention uneven on each side. I know fillers can be lumpy but it literally goes down into my neck. I begged for it to be dissolved and both Erke and clinic manager Jennifer told me to go back to get Erke to massage it. As if I want her anywhere near my face after what she did to it the first time. I have completely given up getting a resolution as they only want to hold onto your money, they aren't interested in actually doing their jobs properly.

Please do not go here, it isn't worth it. Go somewhere that wants to resolve issues if they appear. This place will not listen to your concerns if you've already paid. Telling someone to go back to someone who completely butchered my jawline is just a way for them to say they "tried everything", knowing I wanted them to dissolve the jawline filler and issue a refund for it.

I have had a few hair removal treatments done here and that was fine but I once got some fillers in my tear ducts and one was good and the other was misaligned. Stupidly I recently went to get some capillaries on my nose removed as they had a good deal on the laser removal method but it left a significant scar on my nose that is permanent. Be very careful when booking treatments here it is very hit and miss. When I went back they tried to blame me for not buying the soothing gel after the treatment but I explained that I already had some at home which I had from the laser treatments. Then it was basically we will get back to you but all laser poses a risk so bad luck. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!

One of my friends recommended Eden laser clinics for laser treatments due to the great specials they have throughout the year. I took her advice and booked in for my first visit. The ladies were very nice, experienced and explained all of the risks before my treatment. Worried about the pain they told me I could pause at any time during the treatment, which put my mind at ease. After all the worry the laser treatment didn't hurt at all. Laser treatments can be quite expensive so it's best to shop around before committing to a series of expensive treatments.
