They treat tenants like we don't care. They put someone on my lease without letting me know and without my permission. Had lots of structural problems with a rental property and were very slack with getting things repaired. Things would be repaired and then need fixing again. Made someone pay to have an air condition put into their rental and then the person was not refunded their money for the air conditioner when they moved out.
