Very pushy sales man (Dean I think) always trying to up sell you a more expensive bike. "You know that bike I sold you last time? It's rubbish, you need to buy this more expensive one!" What?

i got a new derailleur from edge and then it gets caught in my back wheel because it wasn't aligned properly. i take the broken derailleur and my bike back the shop and the man that installed the part blames the frayed cable and says it is my fault, and you can ask any bike professional that a frayed cable cannot cause a derailleur to get caught on a wheel.
