We have only used them once during an emergency but they were all very helpful and our dog wasn't stressed out at all

First visit and certainly one of the best experiences I have had with a vet...lots of helpful advice over and above why I attended. ..feel like I got a consult when I just went to make an enquiry. Could not have been more friendly and helpful. I have a vet, however he is some distance away so I will certainly take my pets here as a local vet when I can't get to our original vet. Impressed !

I have been going here since my 2 dogs were puppys- thats 8 years ago, and have always had excellent service. You can tell that everyone who works there obviously loves animals and my dogs love going there! They re always made a fuss of and nothing is to much trouble for the staff.I thoroughly recommend this vet.

Fantastic experience with a very hard decision. I thought the service was wonderful by Dr Kirkpatrick - very thorough and concise, very knowledgeable and supportive in helping me make the right decision and provide me with all the information I would need to make the decision.
