Just spoke to Brett for nearly an hour setting up my scanner. He also did a clean up of my computer. I have always had great service from EDS PCS - very trustworthy and would recommend them anytime.
They are great at diagnosing ceased computers and recovery of lost information. You have to really keep on top of them, otherwise they won't phone you to tell you it is fixed. I would go back to them. Their prices are reasonable.
