EGS came and gave me a quote for a new heat pump hot water system at 11.30 in the morning. They saw the urgency when they looked at my old system and the leak coming from it. They rang me back at 2.55pm to say they could do it that afternoon if I wanted to go ahead with it and I said yes please. The whole system was in and running by 8.45pm and the water was hot by 10.30pm. Brilliant service, great workmanship from the plumber and electrician, even though getting quite late in the evening. Friendly, polite people who did a expert job. I wold recommend them to anyone who wanted good service.
