Elaine's World Of Lights

It is more misses than hits with Elaine's World of Lights. Had to return 3 of 4 pendant lights in an order in Sept 2016 due to defects. Whilst I accept these things happen, even if they were already hung up by the electrician, I don't accept that I'm still waiting for my refund 2 mths later. All sorts of promises made this far, which I find dishonest. Stay well clear, it's all hassles with Elaine's. Now moved to Mulgrave from Thornleigh.

Over the years have purchased lights from a number of lighting stores. A few years ago I stumbled into Elaine's and won't go anywhere else. Debbie, in particular, is fantastic. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I have used them for lights for two houses and my son recently bought all the lights for the house he is building inside an hour, thanks to Debbie.

I needed lights for my home renovation. Bunnings (next door to Elaine's), had very little choice. Elaine's had an excellent choice of light fittings. Most of all, I would like to compliment Lorna for her outstanding service. 67 years young, Lorna was amazing - knowledgable, friendly, very helpful and courteous, I would not hesitate to recommend this business, because of her expertise.

We consulted them regarding what light fittings to use for each room and she helped us in choosing the light fittings. We were given a good package price and service. We've been back to get replacement globes.

It is very handy. Parking in Maccas carpark is easiest. I guess it is hard to be really helpful as every one has different tastes but each time i have been there, I've felt the lady there had other things she wanted to do. When I last had a light on order, the price I was told on pickup was different to the one originally quoted but I had a cheque from my business to pay, so she quickly said that the original price was correct and the price she said had been the old price. I wasn't then offered a refund although she did put in 2 extra globes. Seemed a bit dodgy.
