I love this salon! The most amazing girls and customer service is on point. Amanda does my hair and she is so professional and very good at what she does. I have met the owners, Elle and Paul, a few times and they are beautiful people, Elle is also great at what she does. I was chatting to the girls and they also have two other shops, Elegance Hairdressing in Menai and Brava in Oatley. Their salons are amazing and totally worth going too if you want to have amazing hair that you will get tons of compliments from.
The girls are absolutely lovely and are all extremely professional! I constantly get complements after getting my hair done every fortnight. The customer service is fantastic and I always look forward to having a nice chat with all the girls every fortnight. I have been to so many hairdressers and to this day, I can say that this salon is by far the best. The owner, Elle, is the nicest and most down-to-earth person that you will ever meet and super easy to chat with. Would 100% recommend this salon and guarantee that you will not be disappointed.
Can I just say I have been coming here for years and all the girls are amazing. Renee does my hair and had been for years and she has brought it back to life and looked after it and I’ve managed to maintain fortnightly treatments, she has magic hands and takes the time with caution to get me lighter and I bloody love her !!!! everyone else is wonderful if Renee is off sick I have Taylor who does a wonderful job and Fatz, Gabby and Mandy all such a beautiful bunch of ladies and I highly recommend this place, reasonabley priced xxxx
Amazing customer service. Very friendly ladies, even the ones that weren’t serving me, concerned themselves with me. I walked in freaking out that I would get home and cry but instead I am absolutely in love with my haircut. 100% recommend, especially Amanda! Love it. Definitely going back

These hairdressers need to learn how to cut rather than butcher everyone’s hair and then when they realize you are unhappy they then tell you...I’m not good with cutting short hair...good job [Redacted personal identifier] Maybe you need to do another course on hairdressing including a refresher on colour! Much needed!!
You all need to learn how to colour hair and ensure your clients are happy, rather than spend your time gossiping. What a horrible experience and I will certainly NOT be recommending this hairdresser to anyone. Slowly, slowly your clients are realizing how bad you are and they are moving elsewhere!

I've gotten my hair cut here a few times and I've always been happy with the result. The girls are nice and they've always fit me in even though I don't bother making an appointment.
The only downside is that it's a little expensive, about $60-$70 for a restyle cut but I'm willing to pay it for convenience and quality.
I have been here three times now because its my local hairdresser and each time has been disappointing for a different reason. I was got a haircut here and they gave me an apprentice who absolutely butchered my hair and then it cost me nearly $100, I was not happy I had requested a senior for the haircut when i made the appointment. Another time I got GHD curls and they gave me this 1920s look around the face, it looked dreadful and they seemed annoyed when I asked them to fix it because I wasn't comfortable. The third and final time I gave them a shot at my hair, I was frustrated because even though I had an appointment I had to wait an hour because they seem to give preference to walk in clients. I was subsequently late to the wedding I was going to. Use a different hairdressing salon, do not bother with this one.

But spot on about what you said earlier - small businesses need to have higher standards on the services they perform. They can't seriously be offended when the clients voice an opinion contrary to what they want. It really is appalling. I'm terrified of getting my hair cut these days.
No need for them to become snooty, after all it was their fault for not clarifying precisely what you wanted done. Businesses like this need to be reminded ‘who’ pays their bills. Biting the hand that feeds is seldom a rewarding experience. Thank you for your honesty. Regards, Reeces
