I made an appointment for 2 dogs. Something came up so had to reschedule. So they say yes but I will have to charge you a cancellation fee, I was courteous enough to call and inform them, however Point number one- I'm rescheduling not cancelling. Two: just how were they going to charge me any fee at all without my details? Three: never mentioned about a cancellation fee initially. They have no website with terms conditions. They thought they could take advantage by squeezing in a fee to the booking, for being greedy they lost a customer, they could have made a lot of money out of, since I do have 2 dogs. Be warned, as there may be a "cancellation fee"

Wallie had his first day at the beauty parlour (Elegant Pooches) and I must say the girls in there did a fantastic job.He will be going back there again as I trust them with my little boy. Thank you girls for making my Little Wallie look so handsome.
