Never have a left so upset with my hair. Went to have my regrowth and some foils done.
Was drawn up a price of 250 for 25 foils,regrowth and toner
To make it worse the girl put some random light red colour for my regrowth which wasn't even close to the original colour. It now looks like I have ginger regrowth. What a joke.
I am giving them the opportunity to fix it free of charge. No response as yet

Extremely poor customer service! 3 hours and nearly charged full price ($195) for an incorrect semi colour (the roots on my hair turned bright orange). Having the entire staff at Elenbi Sunshine Plaza about what happened is even worse - apparently the colour was washed out to early and didn't have time to take to my hair - I think bright orange roots in 15 min isn't going turn a deep auburn colour no matter how long you leave it on!!!! I had no choice but go along in hope it would be fixed up... and it was... a dark berry colour was applied to the roots, however the rest of my hair including the ends got a treatment instead. I was very polite and realise mistakes happen but why? The cut was rushed as I was the last client and it was closing time. On paying I asked for a discount and I was reluctantly and rudely given 20% off. This total disaster cost 3 horrible hours and $169.

I hate going to the hairdresser. I always come out miserable. I have very thick long hair with lots of cowlicks and its like no one knows how to deal with that. But a every few years i HAVE to go. this time i scouted out the plaza and actually had an appointment at somewhere but decided to give Elenbi a try that one day i felt brave. The girl Piri seemed a bit bullied by the other staff members not very pleasant to watch, but her job was amazing. very pleased. my phobia is not cured but i'll be back to Elenbi again:) I do hope they treat each other nicely though otherwise thats it!

Totally overpriced for a mediocre haircut. Paid $175 for cut and colour and I have hair above my shoulders. They were also trying to charge an extra $80 for another service I chose not to have. Thank god I didn't pay for that as well.

I have been getting my hair "done" at Elenbi for a long time now. In all that time I have never seen an unhappy customer in fact quite the opposite. I have never been as consistantly happy with my hair and look . Even more so now Luke is my stylist (lucky me) he is just amazing !!!! My hair has never kept the shape and style of cut as beautifully before Luke. I would highly recommend team at Sunshine Plaza !!

As far as the people giving Elenbi bad reviews, they must have no idea about going to hair salons or anything about the hair dressing experience. For me I'm a former hairdresser my self, I found the service to be top notch. The staff are exceptional with customer service. they also look exceptional with up to date styling that being with the salon fit out and staff's personal appearance. I'd really like acknowledge one of the staff members she was exceptional and actually made my day. So to the boss of Elenbi Shaya should be the highest paid member of your team, she was extremely knowledgable about all products and many options of hair styling. And having owned my own salon many years ago, Shaya was great with her junior apprentice showing her many things through out the session witch I think is amazing with the level of service being provided at the same time. Thank you Elenbi ill be back soon. X

Visited Elenbi for the first time and had stylist Luke look after me, he spoke to me alot about my cut and colour and my end result was the best my hair has ever been, the highlights were perfect and the shade of blonde went really well with my skin tone, the kerestas products I bought also make my hair feel amazing I would highly recommended anyone to go to Elenbi, I also had my eyebrows waxed by Brooke and its the best shape I've had on my eyebrows i keep getting loads of compliments on my hair and eyebrows, Fantastic team of stylists, lovely salon, thanks for making me feel amazing :-) x Katherine Stewart x

I have been going to Elenbi for over 6 years. Yep, they maybe a little more expensive than some smaller salons (so I've been told) but the service and the quality of the staff make up for this. Every trip is like a visit to a friends place, a warm greeting, a great mocha, good goss and perfect hair. As my favourite stylist Sam is once again in baby mode, I am now being looked after by Luke - a top colourist with that dash of flair every hairdresser should have....Thanks to the owners Lee and Brendan for keeping up the quality so your clients experience is always fantastic.
